点评：We commissioned a bespoke ring for my wife incorporating our children's birthstones, and the experience from start to finish was genuinely wonderful.
Kirsty was the perfect design partner. Rather than presenting us with a finished concept and asking if we liked it, the whole process felt collaborative - she opened up possibilities (different stone settings, design approaches, combinations we hadn't considered) while always giving us the space to shape it ourselves. The result felt truly ours, which was exactly what we wanted.
Both Kirsty and Holly were attentive throughout, communicated clearly on timelines and next steps, and kept us involved at every stage. Budget was also handled sensitively and transparently, which I really appreciated given the ring was a present.
The end result was exactly what we were hoping for and more! We couldn't recommend Harriet Kelsall highly enough. Thank you Kirsty, Holly, and the whole team!
