点评:Used to like these guys. Truly did. Had several pleasant buying experiences with them. But then, that all changed, and dramatically so! I don't know if it was COVID or what (?), but they now seem to screw-up just about every single order we place with them. Ordered some preamp tubes from them recently. Two-weeks went by without receipt, without shipment, without any notice from them whatsoever. So, I contact them, and I'm told that there's some confusion there about how many of the items ordered were actually in-stock? O.K. I get it. So go check! They then double-check their real-time inventory and assure me that the two tubes will ship immediately. The next day, I get an e-mail confirmation that the tubes did indeed ship. Excellent! But four-days later, I happen to check the tracking number, and they cancelled the shipping label without any notice whatsoever. So what's my point, you ask? If you run a business . . . if you have clients, that rely on your word as to turnaround time, then you'd better forget all about Chicago Music Exchange, or you're likely to be repeatedly victimized, just like we were.
