点评：I’ve been going to this arcade for the past 6-7 years. What I witnessed today makes me very upset. I always play the wizard of oz. I got my card loaded and started to play. The woman next to me got a Toto! I was very happy for her. I noticed that a worker there I believe named April? Brown hair, ponytail, Egyptian black eye makeup, was hanging/hovering around her. I moved to another chair and so did the woman. I then overheard April ask her what prize she wanted and the woman said she wanted an octopus. The worker said she’d be right back. She went over and adjusted the prizes and then told the woman they were ready and then stood next to her to help her win. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! Then “April” gave her a card from the game. My husband witnessed “April” add $$ to this woman’s card without $$ being exchanged. But wait, there’s more! “April” also went and got stacks of the cards for the wizard of oz game and loaded them and then told the woman where to sit. I was so angry, I finished my turn and we left. I did bring it to the attention of the supervisor on site because that’s stealing and not fair to the other customers there playing. We will go back, but only because of the fact that it’s clean, always friendly people. My suggestion is to watch your employees around regulars…I think that’s where this one went south.z
