Fantastic Diving, But Shockingly Poor Accommodation

点评：Diving there was an amazing experience and highly recommended! One of the most beautiful dives ever! The staff and dive instructors are friendly, helpful, and always available for questions.
But how can you include such a rundown accommodation in your package?
The pictures on the website are absolutely misleading and do not reflect reality.
The so-called “Panorama Chalet” was the worst accommodation of our entire Asia trip – and our standards are not high.
Moldy pillows, cockroaches, a broken toilet flush, and a musty mold smell throughout the room. It gave us sleepless nights! We were allowed to switch rooms after complaining, but the second one was just as terrible. Since nothing else was available on short notice, we unfortunately had to leave the island earlier. At least I appreciate that you refunded the amount!
