Château de Blandy-les-Tours的点评
点评：Blandy is first fortified by the viscounts Guillaume II and Adam III of Melun around 1220. They erect a semi-circular curtain wall, strenghtened by four towers.
In the fourteenth century the fortress is enlarged : Its curtain walls are heightened and extended, a gatehouse with drawbridge and four new towers including a keep are added.
From 1707 onwards marshall de Villars transforms the castle of Blandy into a farm, modifying or destroying buildings in the courtyard and filling in the moat. The edifice is gradually abandoned and falls to ruin.
The stronghold is acquired by the department counsel of Seine and Marne in 1992 and has been restored since.

The fortress of Blandy is very picturesque and its curtain walls and the parapet of its keep offer fine views of the surrounding area, including several other preserved medieval buildings (like the church).
Part of its curtain walls can be scaled and the interior of the keep and two smaller towers is accessible.
Sadly, apart from a short history in the room next to the entrance and a scale model very little information is available for the visitor. There are no reconstruction drawings of the gutted gatebuilding or of the lost buildings in the courtyard. On the day of our visit there was only a guided tour for children and its focus was life in the middle ages rather than the history and layout of the castle.
Equally regrettable there is no shelter against the sun in the courtyard and there is no tavern for visitors inside the walls.
Blandy is certainly worth a stop when you are in the area and is guaranteed to provide you with some fine pictures but as a history buff I was left hungry.

当你来到这一带时，布兰迪绝对值得一游，这里定能为你拍下不少漂亮的照片。不过作为一名历史爱好者，我还是觉得意犹未尽。
