Condor Ferries的点评
点评：Whilst the service is now operated by Brittany Ferries the signage etc is a mix of the "new" Brittany and old Condor logos;they need to get this mixed identity worted out in my view. Ferry to Guernsey (Voyager) is looking a bit tired with many broken seat recline mechanisms, faded and worn seating etc. Lots of seat areas roped off, I guess to save cleaning time at the end of each journey. No club lounge either , which is a real shame as we love the quiet space this gave you if you paid a bit extra. Crew seemed generally fine (bar one rude guy on the coffee bar on the way out). Very tightly acked car deck on the return trip meants a big delay getting off for some as people simply could not get to their cars down the very narrow spaces. Not very wheelchair or disabled friendly as no lifts on the ship so those that need a step free access must let the ferry officee know in advance so you can be boarded early so as to make use of the vehilcle ramps to access the passenger deck from the car decks.
Not good that the vehicle ferry that used to cover both Guernsey and Jersey no longer runs so a two island trip with your own vehicle is a non-starter. Hopefully the two companies and island governments can sort this out sometime in the future, although I am not holding my breath on that.
Overall a reasonable trip with every effort made to ensure a reasonably comfortable trip given the 3 - 3.5mtr seats n the way out.
