Ningaloo Whaleshark Swim的点评
点评：Booked a whale shark swim with this company two years ago for my wife’s 70 th birthday. Unfortunately shortly afterwards I was diagnosed with with cancer. After a years treatment I was finally given the go ahead to travel to Australia from the uk, we traveled out in February with the swim booked for 25 March. We drove up to Exmouth taking 15 hours. On arrival we were informed that the swim had been cancelled due to an oncoming cyclone and that the booking had been rescheduled for the coming Sunday. Unfortunately this trip was also cancelled cancelled due to concerns about the weather. Unfortunately we had flights booked back to the uk so had to drive back to Perth without having fulfilled my wife’s dream of swimming with whale sharks. We approached the company for a refund but were told that they did not offer a refund but instead would let us use the money for a future trip. Obviously we can’t do that with living in the uk. I feel the company are very unfair in their stance on no refund under these circumstances. They have suffered no financial loss from our booking but received money from many people who are left with little choice but to forget ever having a chance to use the trip at a future date.
