点评：One star is way too much. This was going to be my second tandem jump. The first first one was awesome, so I found a friend to go with me this time. He cancelled, so I was going to get a refund but the owner told me to just find someone else to go with me, so I did. With all the emails I got confused so I simply called just to find out what time to show up. I was being very polite and apologetic but this dude made me feel like he hated me. He said do you want your money back? I said I guess, he said good,done, bye!!. When he hung up I could still hear people in the background. One guy said are you refunding him? He said yeah some customers aren't worth having. The rest of staff and workers there are probably great but this dude has major anger issues. I do NOT recommend going here simply because of the owner. He said the reason he was mad at me was because I was talking up too much of his time by calling so much. I just wanted to confirm what time to show up. I'm surprised that I got all of my $570 back. If he likes you it will be a great experience for you. Just walk on eggshells and you'll be fine.
