点评：We stumbled across Boston Bay winery on our way to Port Lincoln when we were looking for a place for lunch. We were welcomed on arrival and tried some wines ahead of lunch, including their unusual and delicious Picpoul variety, which we purchased a 6 pack of to take back home. There was only one other couple in for lunch on the day of our visit.
We opted for the Taste of the Eyre chef’s selection for lunch and we were not disappointed. The quality and presentation of all the dishes was very impressive and was like a fine dining experience with the very talented chef Connor delivering and explaining each delicious dish.
We also had a lovely relaxed chat with Jan, the owner of the winery.
The views from the winery are absolutely stunning - across the vines and then across the water towards Boston Island, made more beautiful by the sunny day.
The experience was an unexpected highlight of our half-lap holiday.
