Very Disappointing.
Stanley House Hotel & Spa的点评
点评：So disappointed with our recent stay here. We were so looking Forward to our little trip away.
Our suite was lovely , we stayed in the Manor House.
The bar area is very tiny, so no where to sit of an Evening for a few drinks if busy.
The chairs in the bar area appeared unclean / stains over the arms & Rips in them .
Tables not cleared, Staff stood around doing nothing.
The toilets are not checked throughout the day, as there was toilet roll on the floor when we arrived & still
There of an Evening.
Lunch was appalling, stale bread & brown salad.
The Evening meal was better, I had the Pan roasted chicken which was very nice, however My husband had the Sirloin steak £36-but this was just for the steak, he had to add on sides at £5 each , which was very tasteless.
The Breakfast was okay, though cheap produce - especially the Sausages.
We felt it was a little disorganised in there, some of the staff in the restaurant seemed quite rude & there was a young Man serving us at lunch then for Breakfast & the smell of Sweat was extremely bad. The couple next to us commented also. Very off putting- especially when eating☹️
We cannot recommend here & will definitely not be returning.
