点评：We rented a boat from Phil at Jensen‘s Marina April 28. It’s easier to list what did work on the boat rather than what did not work on the boat the engine ran. The boat floated, that’s about it. None of the equipment function, including tachometer, speedometer voltage indicator our meter or the fuel gauge. The lack of the fuel gauge made it very difficult to monitor our usage. The following day we went back to refuel and asked to speak to Phil who was not available. We returned the boat and again asked to speak to Phil who is again not available. Subsequently we went back again and Phil was still not available so we emailed him and he basically straight up lied and told us that he had explained that the BOAT basically did not function and that we agreed to take the boat. this is utterly incorrect and untrue information we would never have rented about that didn’t function ….who would?
He returned our email saying he would give us a 10% refund, which is a joke that’s completely adding insult in injury. We will never rent a boat from this company again!! Phil is dishonest! We’re lucky we made it back to the Marina safely!
