点评：After a very positive visit a few months ago, we made a return visit 10/8/2026. Sadly it was a huge disappointment- run by two staff who were slow and disorganised. At just 12 o’clock no bacon, no sausage rolls, pies etc. Our food took almost an hour to arrive by which time we’d obviously drunk all of our cuppas. The toasted sandwiches were haphazard bendy and amateurish and the sausage baps were disappointing cheap tasting sausage. Payment is upfront, so we had to patiently wait, but the delay meant we missed our bus from Penrith. I would have given feedback at the time but I wasn’t confident the owner would get the message …. and you do need to know that improvements are necessary. Could see lots of tables with plates of leftovers. Such a shame as it’s a lovely venue.
