Not value for money and w at too many rules !!
Northumbria Helicopters的点评
点评：We booked through Virgin experiences and adventure 001 but ran by Northumbria helicopters.
We were at Wolverhampton half penny green airport.
The whole experience was not great we had to wait 7 months from when the voucher was gifted for availability !! However we had several emails saying that if we paid to upgrade we could go sooner !!!
The day before we had another email saying we had got to pay an extra £5 per person for the increase in fuel !!! None negotiable if we didn’t pay we couldn’t fly !!
The emails that came and the rules that were attached were ridiculous.
If your weight had changed you couldn’t fly if you were not on time you couldn’t fly if you hadn’t brought additional ID you couldn’t fly !!!!
When we got to the airfield we checked in and the process was ok the surcharge HAD YO BE PAID !!!
The flight was nearly 10 minutes late !!!!!
The crew were great with a private request we asked with my daughter.
The flight lasted about 4 minutes and was a great experience but definitely not worth the money we paid !!!!!!
Another thing to bear in mind is this isn’t a private flight you are squeezed in the helicopter with 4 other people.
I have to be honest it’s not something we would do again it’s not value for money at all .
