点评：I had an issue with a broken component on my bike and called Comrie Croft Bikes the day before arriving to enquire if it could be fixed on my arrival day. The member of staff I spoke to was friendly, agreeable and said to bring the bike in, and they would have a look at at it. When I arrived it was a bit late in the day. I was advised there would be bike mechanics on duty the following morning and to bring it in again. Again the young members of staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I brought my bike in the following morning and there was an older man (50's) working on a bike in the shop. I assume the bike shop owner/boss. He was very unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. He didn't even lift his head to say hello or look at my bike. He simply said he wouldn't touch it, leaving a very uncomfortable silence, so I just left. This man really needs to work on his manners. I feel sorry for the friendly younger members of staff having to work under him. I'm a regular visitor to Comrie and this is not the first time I've experienced his rudeness.
