点评：I would like to share the wonderful experience I had at the Shangri-La Eros Hotel in New Delhi.
As always, the team delivered exceptional service at every touchpoint, from the reception staff to room service and the restaurants. A special highlight is the Horizon Club Lounge on the 19th floor, where the team consistently went above and beyond, managing to surprise me with every request I made, including specially prepared dishes tailored to my preferences. My Tnx. to the Chef.
Words hardly capture how welcoming and comfortable the entire stay felt. The spa and fitness center further enhanced the experience, offering excellent facilities to relax and recharge.
The true crown jewel of the hotel, however, is undoubtedly the outstanding professionalism and warmth of the reception and 19th-floor lounge teams.
Kudos to the entire staff for making every stay memorable. I look forward to returning again soon.
