Family Friendly Canoe and Kayak Hire on The Dordogne river with English speaking staff.

点评：The bloke behind the shed/booking office in Siorac-en-Périgord was friendly, funny and spoke good English.
He sorted a family of 8 adults and 5 kids with Canoes and kayaks.
He took us down the road to Allas-les-Mines in a minibus and we leisurely cruised back down the river to the start point following the gentle current.
He gave us advice on where to pull over for lunch and where to grab a coffee on route.
With paddling we could have finished the trip quite quickly but we ambled and it was a nice few hours including a stop for lunch.
The stretch of river was scenic but not stunning and the flow of water was gentle, and the depth being safe and shallow. Hardly saw anyone else on this stretch of river whereas if you choose going passed The Château de Beynac it is an incredibly busy stretch of river.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
