点评：We stopped in at Grand Jewelers to check on a ring I had previously purchased and had resized. As soon as we walked in, we recognized the person who sold me my original ring, which was a nice surprise after 8 years. It immediately felt welcoming and familiar.
We worked with Dean, who took the time to look at the band of my diamond ring and offered to have it checked. While we were there, we started browsing, and I mentioned that I was in my “pink era.” Dean guided me to the pink sapphire case, and that’s when things came together.
I had been thinking about upgrading to a pink sapphire for my 30th anniversary, and Dean found the perfect ring. And since I needed a stack, one ring for each decade of marriage, he also helped me select two bands that complemented it beautifully.
The negotiation process was straightforward and fair, and we walked out just two hours later with the rings sized and ready to wear. I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the result.
I truly enjoy visiting Grand Jewelers and look forward to my next trip back. I would definitely recommend asking for Dean.
