点评：What a great place to visit if you are interested in native plantings. The estate once the country home of the industrial, Lammot du Pont Copeland, of the famous Dupont industry. He and his wife loved nature and native plants and natural lands There are gardens to explore and trails to hike, took a tour of the Copeland House, courses to take and programs to attend. I happened to win a class to take at a music festival so there wasn't time for hiking of trails, but we were able to take guided walks with staff. I learned a lot from the program. The grounds are beautiful. You can spend the whole day here from April through November, with varying hours. I think there one of the naturalists said there are selected programs in the Winter. Of course, they had a small shop to purchase native plants and I came home with three!
