点评:I took my two grandchildren, aged 7 & 9), to a Ringo experience yesterday (01.04.26); something they’ve done several times over recent years.
All for that timed session (12.45) waited a full x6 minutes before any staff arrived to deliver the session and then had to check everyone in on the iPad.
In that waiting time I attended to ring the Centre to complain however the call was not answered and I had to leave a message - unsatisfactory.
In total a 10-11 minute delay in the start of the session however they still ended at 1.15….disappointing.
There were an unaccompanied group of adolescent boys in the session who repeatedly rolled out of their Ringos onto the slope deliberately as it approached the end. Niether the Activity Centre staff nor the group’s Youth Workers with them attempted to correct this obvious health & safety risk which was also a poor example to set to younger children enjoying the activity who were quite intimidated by them.
All this is in total contrast to our experience last summer school holidays when my grandkids participated in both a Ringos and Climbing Wall session and had a great
time when the Centre instructor was 100% onto full enjoyment within safety boundaries.
This led me to take the grandkids into the Information desk to praise their staff & facilities and complete exceptionally good feedback forms.

这一切与我们去年暑假的经历截然不同。当时我的孙子孙女参加了空中飞人圈和攀岩墙的活动,玩得非常开心,因为中心的教练在安全范围内尽心尽力地引导他们尽情享受。
这促使我带孙子孙女到咨询台,对他们的工作人员和设施表示赞扬,并填写了非常好的反馈表。
真是天壤之别🙁
