Now, the Assistant General Manager is trying to cover it up and close the case by claiming their silent CCTV shows "no evidence"—completely ignoring the verbal instructions given to my child and our trips to the service desk.I have officially submitted a formal GDPR Subject Access Request for the footage and escalated this to the Escapade Group head office.
