点评：This was my second time visiting and I found the booking service not as straight forward as its made out to be. As a career for a child with SEN I was entitled to free entry as the adult career. The online booking system does not identify that so when you then try to book a child ticket. It states you need to also purchase an adult ticket, which meant I had to purchase two career tickets.
Also on the website it stated you could purchase tickets from £10.50 but when you follow the link the price say from £11.50 but in actual fact the tickets are all £14.50 Mon -Thurs then £15.50 Fri -Sun which is false advertising in a way as it makes out you can purchase tickets for £10.50 which I found confusing as when you read up there are NO tickets for sale at that price at all.
We travelled via TFL and it was fairly straight forward there is one bus service that brings you directly to the venue from East Croydon Station.
Getting into the venue there is one lift service and stairs that lead to the main reception. The reception area is rather compact in space but you can see the main venue as you enter upstairs. There are a number of seating areas which sells food and beverages. They provide a decent menu not just the usual Pizza and Chips you tend to get but Jacket potato and filling with side salad for decent price.
The children enjoyed themselves we had a good two hours of fun.
My only gripe is the toilets. There needs to be more care as with so much visitors attending they need to be checked more frequently. As toilet tissue ran out and due to unassisted youth and some assistanted children there was mess and unflushed toilets making them messy and smelly.
The main thing is that they wasn't Dirty but untidy and needed regular checks.
Apart from that, I would attend and would recommend going again.

我唯一不满的是洗手间。由于人流量大，洗手间需要更频繁地检查，所以需要加强维护。厕纸用完了，加上一些青少年和需要照看的孩子没有使用，导致洗手间脏乱不堪，而且有些地方没有冲水，既脏又臭。
关键是，洗手间虽然不脏，但不够整洁，需要定期检查。
除此之外，我还会再去，也会推荐大家去。
