点评：A lovely experience and so much better than our visit to Brighton Farmers Market on the previous morning!
Set in the lush grounds of a historic estate, Holders House feels almost like a garden party. It has a relaxed, social vibe where visitors linger with coffee in hand and browse at leisure.
At Holders Market you will find organic fruits, vegetables, and artisanal goods.
Fresh juices, baked treats, chutneys, and health products. Handmade crafts (we bought some amazing candles from a young man who makes them himself), clothing, and gifts suitable for taking back home as presents.
There is a fish van that arrives a little after opening where you can queue to take today's catch back to your accommodation.
We had the best coffee and carrot cake ever whilst taking a break. I asked for the recipe but was told "its a secret"!
