Inappropriate/Rude Staff, Great Facilities
曼荼罗水疗馆的点评
点评：Had a great experience with the actual spa facilities- all really well maintained and a good vibe. However awful experience with the rude and outright inappropriate and unprofessional staff.
We booked a couples massage and were greeted by the two therapists. My therapist was fantastic and professional.
My partner’s however, completely rude and could not stop laughing throughout the entire 60 minute massage. She even had to leave the room mid way through because she could not stop laughing. Given that in a massage you are ‘dressed down’ this clearly made us feel belittled and uncomfortable - usually the person carrying out the treatment is trusted to be professional and courteous, not childish, rude and belittling.
We reported the treatment we received from this particular person to the manager, to which we got an ‘I’m sorry, she’s a big character’. This completely skates over the fact that myself and my partner were left guessing what was so funny about us.
Wouldn’t go back again. Not an ounce of compensation offered - put a really sour taste on what was shaping up to be a great 5* experience
