点评：We’ve just come back from a lovely afternoon with our 21 month old granddaughter. All the animals were friendly and well looked after. I thought that feeding them carrots rather than the usual pellets you’re sold at other farm parks worked really well, as the livestock all loved them and took the gently from your hand.
My little granddaughter had a fabulous time - petting some animals, brushing a rabbit and helping to bottle feed a baby goat. She love the ride on toy tractors as well as the real tractor trailer ride, and the soft play area. The outside play area for older children is large with a sand surface to dig in.
Admittedly we went on a sunny day and it mightn’t be so idyllic on a wet muddy day. However there are many hand washing stations. We had lunch and home made cake in the restaurant and found it decent and a good price. They seemed a bit under staffed so tables weren’t cleared very quickly That said I was shocked at the disgusting state that some people left their tables. It’s not the staff’s fault if people allow their kids to throw most of their food onto the floor then walk away! All of the staff we spoke to were lovely. We thought the farm offers great value for money.
From reading the reviews it sounds like the farm has made some recent improvements and I really wish them well.
