Very negative experience caused by lack of respect and professionalism from the manager

点评：Yesterday, I had one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had at a place that’s supposed to be family-friendly. What should have been a fun and peaceful outing with my husband and kids quickly turned into a moment of discomfort and embarrassment.
Over a simple misunderstanding about the entrance and service fees, the manager chose to handle the situation with an unacceptable attitude — cold, condescending, and completely lacking in professionalism. Rather than addressing the matter with kindness or discretion, she made sure others noticed, creating an atmosphere of judgment and tension.
There was no effort to listen, explain, or treat me with basic respect. Instead, I was left feeling humiliated and looked down on, when all that was needed was a private and respectful conversation.
As a customer — especially in a space built for families — I expect to be treated with dignity and care. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite. I left feeling judged instead of welcomed.
If you’re looking for a warm, respectful, and truly family-friendly environment, I cannot recommend this place.
