Giggles Play and Adventure Centre的点评
点评：Took my little boy to Gigglez for the first time today to meet a friend. Neither of us had booked a session but the lady assured me this was fine and I went ahead paid £7 for 90 mins and bought a coffee too. This was at 9:45. The boys were having a lovely time playing when the lady came up and told my friend (who arrived at 9:30) that we needed to leave as it was 10:30 and they needed to clean before the next session at 11. Me and my friend looked at each other confused but went downstairs and began putting our shoes on (much to the boys dismay). There were still quite a few people upstairs playing so when I asked why are they allowed to stay we were told because they arrived later then the morning session. We told here so had we and I had only been there 45 minutes - she then said we could go back for a bit longer if we wanted. The kids had their shoes on and we were already on our way out. We both left feeling incredibly confused and angry then we had been kicked out when we had both paid for a full session. Safe to say we won’t be returning again, which is frustrating as it’s a lovely place to take them on our days off and they were having a ball.
翻译：今天第一次带小儿子去Gigglez和朋友见面。我们俩都没预约，但工作人员跟我说没问题，我就去了，付了7英镑90分钟，还买了杯咖啡。当时是9点45分。孩子们玩得正开心，这时工作人员上来告诉我朋友（她9点半到的），说我们得走了，因为已经10点半了，他们要打扫卫生，准备迎接11点的下一场。我和朋友面面相觑，一脸茫然，但还是下楼开始穿鞋（孩子们很不高兴）。楼上还有不少人在玩，我问为什么他们可以待在楼上，工作人员说是因为他们比上午的场次晚到。我们告诉她我们也是，而且我才玩了45分钟——然后她说如果我们想的话可以再玩一会儿。孩子们已经穿好鞋了，我们正准备离开。我们俩离开时都感到无比困惑和愤怒，因为我们明明付了全额费用，却被赶了出来。可以肯定的是，我们以后不会再去了，这很令人沮丧，因为那里是个很棒的去处，适合我们休息日带孩子去玩，孩子们也玩得很开心。
