点评：I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, have left countless voice messages, they refuse to pick up and do not return my calls. My flight was cancelled due to stormy weather and then my voucher (for two, purchased as a 40th birthday gift) was due to expire, so I wanted to pay the extra to extend it by another year as they suggested, but it seems they must have changed their minds and would rather take the money and ghost me completely. Absolutely heartbroken, was so looking forward to it. Last resort before taking them to court will be to have to drive a two hour round trip to their offices and just camp out there until someone speaks to me. No explanation has been given, I have no idea why they've suddenly decided to pretend I don't exist, aside perhaps from pure greed. This review will stand unless they finally get in touch to rectify this. Writing here in the desperate attempt to establish some kind of line of communication.
