点评：Had a fantastic Christmas here with my family, all over the age of 20.
Staff were amazing, all were happy and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
Food was very good with a decent choice to suit most people., more than adequate drinks choice too.
The hotel is situated right on the beach with plenty of sun beds, the security were pretty good at discouraging people from "reserving" beds without any bad feelings (mostly :).
If I'm being "picky" I would say the rooms could do with an update but the air conditioning worked well and, quite honestly, we only used the rooms to sleep in so not too fussed about having the latest gadgets to play with.
They say that you know how good somewhere is in how they act when something goes wrong. The staff here were exemplary, my sons appendix burst 3 days from the end of our stay. They went above and beyond in helping us, not just with getting our son the medical care he needed but also helping with extending his and his partners stay and helping with contact with his insurance company. We were so surprised at how all the staff seemed to know of our predicament and how keen they were to help.
