Kurves Eyebrow Bar, only go if you want bad service

点评：I went 2x and refuse to go again. They even offered a free service after going back to complain, why? So they can take off the rest of my brow? First visit, lamination & eyelash tinting. Cost over $150, didn't see any change on eye lashes and brows were way too dark. The girl apparently didn't listen.
Gave then another chance for eyebrow lamination as my eyebrows are thin & I just wanted less home maintenance. This time I told her brown colour, not black. She threaded for a clean up & took off half my brow. She covered up her mistake with dye. 2 months later, my brow is just starting to see regrowth & I am penciling every day. So disappointing & so disgusted with their customer service.
Manager was supposed to call me and never did.
Beware, they are two faced and dont care.
