点评：Honestly, don’t waste your money.
I’m not a snob, and I completely understand that places can have general wear and tear but this place is so run down I’m genuinely surprised it’s allowed to operate. I actually visited a few years ago and it was nothing like this at all. It’s really gone downhill.
The indoor soft play flooring is ripped everywhere not just in one small area, but across the whole thing. It’s a serious safety concern. If someone trips and breaks a leg, it wouldn’t be surprising. I’m not sure how this has passed health and safety checks.
The overall cleanliness is very poor. The climbing frames are grubby and worn out, and half of the children’s areas look unfinished almost like an active building site. I understand improvements take time, but construction materials and mess seem to be everywhere, along with random piles of rubbish.
To make matters worse, it’s now February and the Christmas decorations are still up including signage outside and trees around the train area. It just adds to the neglected feel of the place.
We waited 45 minutes for chips in a filthy café, or alternatively you can sit in a tent that’s full of dust from the flooring works — not exactly appealing.
The only positive was the gentleman running the small train for the little ones. He was fantastic —friendly, enthusiastic, and an absolute credit to the place. I just wish I’d caught his name because he really deserves recognition.
One final note: at the petting station, the staff member didn’t speak a single word to the children she simply placed rabbits on their laps without any interaction or guidance. It felt very strange and unwelcoming.

唯一值得称赞的是那位为小朋友们驾驶小火车的先生。他非常棒——友好热情，绝对是这家店的亮点。我真希望当时能记住他的名字，因为他真的值得表扬。
最后一点：在宠物互动区，工作人员一句话也没跟孩子们说，只是把兔子放在他们腿上，没有任何互动或指导。这让人感觉非常奇怪，也很不友好。
总而言之，非常令人失望。
