点评：We booked a premier plus package for the Family Race Day (pirates).
I rang up and explained that i we had a gentleman in a wheelchair with us.
£60 per person for pork roll and stuffing. One serving. The premier plus package itself is was a portacabin - you could not see the race track - and the TVs inside were small and dependant on where you were sitting , dictated whether you could see the screens or not. There were no toilets in the portacabin.
So you pay £60 PP to watch the racing - but you could not watch it.
The disability access was disgusting. Having telephoned and explained that my father is in a wheelchair and paid for the tickets over the phone , the portacabin was inaccessible. There is no permanent ramp. It took 20 mins for staff to find a portable ramp which was not fit for purpose and left my father feeling very unsafe. It was completely undignified and so stressful for him. It spoilt what was a special birthday.
Lastly throughout the afternoon a man was allowed to stand smoking at the entrance to the portcabin smoking. So everyone walking in and out was subjected to second hand smoke.
