点评：The hostess at the counter was quite delightful and knowledgeable about the wines, the % of varietals, and the grape origins. Unfortunately, there were a total of 15 people in line for the hour and a half that we stopped to do wine tasting. We waited half an hour and then nine guests were taken to one of three open lines. The remaining six of us were told it would be a few more minutes, and another half an hour later we finally got to the tasting.
15 people… and it was an hour to begin a tasting. This is very poor management and in fact, the director was seemingly doing nothing but wandering around. There should’ve been another line opened, or the three lines that were occupied when we arrived should have been handled much more expediently. Of course, with the doors locked and everyone gone but six of us, we felt some urgency to finish and leave.
