Comfort promised and gone over and above for my parents after terrifying loss of home.

点评：This is a review on behalf on my parents. They are currently involved in the Whitchurch canal breach and one of the two boats in the breach is their beloved home. In this time where they have been thrown into the unknown and provided with emergency accommodation here the staff and manager at this hotel have gone over and above to make them comfortable, providing such a personalised experience, such care and consideration when providing them with all of the wonderful things this resort offers as standard and obvious care and compassion toward their situation. My parents cannot praise the reception and management staff enough, the rooms, the maintenance staff, the cleaning staff.
The rooms are incredibly comfortable, they wont stop telling me how glorious and delicious the food is, like they will never eat anything this quality again! They are not hotel goers, they life their private comfortable life on their boat. So to be made to feel so comfortable and welcome and also having witnessed the lovely treatment of all guests over this Christmas time, they wanted to give a glowing review and really recommend the hotel to as many people as they can.
They are not people to give out too much praise if it was rubbish you wouldn't be hearing anything full stop haha. To hear the joy in their voices of the comfort they are being given especially this christmas when they have lost their home is thanks to many but special mention to the hotel really. Thank you so so much. We hope we can share this experience so more people can enjoy(under different lovely circumstances of course).
