Beautiful beach with a few cons

点评：A beautiful sandy beach with lots of pebbles. Top tips for this beach
1. Try to travel by foot or public transport UNLESS you get here early as in 9am or you will not get a parking space. (Peak time aka summer) Plus parking is so expensive (download the ringo app) there are 2 carparks but we visited in the afternoon and both were full and that's 1000 spaces.
2. Go further down the beach it isn't as busy as most people congregate at the top near the slope. It's all got nicer views
Plenty of shops cafes including a Costa on both endss of the beach. You do need to pay to use the toilets at 30p ago with a card which is why I've knocked a star off and for parking. If you stay all day parking is like £11!
Ice-cream is expensive but what isn't now days. You can get lunch here too if your not bringing your own.
The water park is next door but we didn't use that so won't comment.
The steam train goes by regularly which is a lovely site to see.
Rock pools at the far end to explore.
