Extremely Poor Room Service

点评：Fabulous location for an outdoor activity-based hotel/centre and worth the nine hour round trip. PYB has a decent bar serving a nice selection of ales along with plentiful bar food because after a hard day’s walking, food really is fuel.
Unfortunately, what masqueraded as room service was a huge disappointment. While we were out for a day’s walk it was obvious they came into our room as evidenced by the two things they did; 1. They added another toilet roll to our stash; 2. Annoyingly, they switched off the charger to one of our mobile phones. This they did whilst leaving the empty cups from that morning’s tea and not replenishing the tea/coffee basket!
But what was even worse, on checking under the bed before leaving on day three, found empty biscuit wrappers and litter from the room’s previous occupant… not the last impression you want to leave a hotel with!
