Child size portions for very expensive prices

点评：We visited here as a rare family trip out at the end of the summer.
I have been Disabled for nearly 20 years and so accessing the café was extremely difficult for me but I had family Support to do so
There is absolutely no indoor seating for permanent Wheelchair users.
We were not allowed to book before attending which I found irregular because it is often busy and I can’t stand around waiting for a table because of my Mobility
The menu is pretty reasonable for vegetarians, but the prices are highly expensive for the literal child size portions you will get and we were left very hungry
My daughter had a cheeseboard of their Northumbrian cheeses and to be honest it was more like tiny sample sizes and very disappointing and mean
The middle-aged blonde waitress who took our order was very friendly and helpful
The public atmosphere was slightly strained but I guess : average, with not many smiling faces except for one lovely lady on the opposite table
There is no loud or obnoxious music which is a plus for those with neurological sensory disorder
The cheese shop itself is a very tiny area which can be easily missed if you blink and is at the bottom of the café.
That is a small stock of goods, including frozen food, which is pretty pricey
All of the cheese they were selling today was vegetarian and that was therefore good
They had a pretty good selection, including ones which were advertised as guest cheeses and I’m assuming these were not made by the company themselves
I stood at the shop counter for a time ; being ignored by the young shop assistant with the long dark very long ponytail and glasses
She made no attempt to communicate to me or see to me despite my visible Disability
She swept past me for the second time when she saw a family member or a friend and chatting very loudly all the whole , they disappeared down the stairs and left me standing even longer
A very ill mannered member of staff indeed.
Luckily, another staff member saw me and was very kind and helpful and served me with my purchases
Because of our poor experiences today, we will not be returning and will not be advising others to go here
It is not a relaxing day out, it’s pretty poor sadly and frankly we left very hungry and in depressed spirits.

店内的氛围略显紧张，不过总的来说还算一般吧。除了对面桌上有一位可爱的女士在微笑外，没多少人面带笑容。
这里没有嘈杂或烦人的音乐，这对那些有神经系统感觉障碍的人来说是个优点。
奶酪专卖区本身面积极小，稍不留神就会错过，它位于咖啡馆的底层。
那里的商品种类不多，包括一些冷冻食品，价格也相当昂贵。
今天他们售卖的所有奶酪都是素食奶酪，这点挺不错的。
他们的选择还算挺丰富的。包括那些被宣传为“特邀奶酪”的产品，我猜这些并非由该公司自行生产。
我在店内的柜台前站了一会儿；那位留着超长黑色马尾辫、戴着眼镜的年轻店员完全无视了我。
尽管我有明显的残疾特征，她却丝毫没有试图与我交流或为我服务。
当她看到一位家人或朋友时，便径直从我身边走过，还大声地聊起天来。他们顺着楼梯下楼离去，留下我独自站在那里，等了更久。
