SHUTTLE AND AUDIOTOUR?

点评：Overhyped. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good experience for us.
We parked at the town entrance and immediately, someone on a bike pulled up, told us there’s a shuttle that can take us to the South Gate - closest point to the travertines (POINTED ON THE MAP) for 400TL and we agreed since we had someone in a group with a disability who couldn’t walk whole lot but they reallly wanted to see the travertines. The shuttle took us to a whole different - furthest entrance (NORTH ENTRANCE) from the travertines when we EXPLICITLY mentioned we had someone who couldn’t walk much.
At the entrance they added the extra audio tour to the ticket when we ASKED FOR NO AUDIO TOUR AND ONLY WANTED THE ENTRANCE TICKETS. The lady at the gate said it’s mandatory, but I read online and heard from locals that it’s a scam and that you should be able to opt out, so not sure who to believe here. :/
The two headphones we opened had ZERO BATTERY so we couldn’t even use them.
I was super excited for this trip but unfortunately left quite disappointed and with trust issues.
