Disappointment with the Tapada Nacional de Mafra Online Booking System

点评：I visited Tapada Nacional de Mafra twice and was unable to do the Ecotour on both occasions due to issues that could have been avoided.
In May 2026, I went there after checking the website, only to find out on arrival that the Eco circuit was closed due to storm damage. This was not clearly indicated online.
Then, on June 28 2026, I tried to book in advance, but the website only allowed reservations up to June 21, making it impossible to select my date. I decided to go anyway, but when I arrived, I was told that the tour started at 3:00 PM (not 3:20 PM as indicated online) and that there were no spots left.
Mafra is quite far from where I live, so these unnecessary trips are very frustrating.
Overall, the website provides inaccurate information and the booking system does not work properly, making it difficult to plan a visit.
