Hollywood Bowl Leicester的点评
点评：Very disappointing experience at Hollywood Bowl.
We booked a VIP lane for 7pm expecting a higher standard, but the lane was dirty when we arrived with empty glasses and an unclean table. We pressed the service button to order drinks and waited around 10 minutes with no response, so I had to go to the desk myself.
When a staff member eventually came over, the interaction was quite rude. Instead of addressing the issue, we were questioned about the complaint and given an unclear explanation about another lane, which didn’t make sense. The lane still hadn’t been cleaned properly at that point.
Only after this did someone return to clean the table, and then another staff member came and removed the glasses we’d previously been told were there “for a reason,” which was confusing and inconsistent.
Overall, the service fell well below what you’d expect—especially when paying extra for VIP. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel worth the money at all.
