点评：We visited Zip World as part of my partner’s birthday celebrations and had the most amazing day. The views are incredible 😲
We completed both the Quarry Karts and Velocity, and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. The staff on both activities were incredible — friendly, professional, and extremely reassuring. Safety was clearly a top priority, with our equipment being checked multiple times by different members of staff, which gave us great confidence.
I was particularly nervous about Velocity as I am terrified of heights and suffer from extreme anxiety and panic attacks. I was especially worried about the bed being lowered and being suspended for a few minutes, so I explained my concerns and asked if they could keep the bed raised for as long as possible before lowering it. The two gentlemen supporting me were absolutely brilliant. They were patient, understanding, and constantly reassured me throughout the experience. I did get their names at the time, but with the nerves and adrenaline, I have completely forgotten them — I just want to say a huge thank you to them both.
Despite my fears, I completed Velocity, and I can honestly say I would 100% come back and do it again. It was such an incredible feeling to overcome something I was genuinely scared of.
What an amazing day out — a brilliant experience, fantastic staff, and a memory we will never forget. Thank you Zip World for helping me conquer my fears!
