点评：I complimented the reception staff about the standard of customer service from all of the staff we interacted with while doing the velocity zipline and she suggested a review, so I hope their management team see this. Firstly, we (myself and 2 friends) arrived a month early due to a booking error on our part, and the front reception sorted this out for us in a lovely friendly manner, especially as we were all a bit anxious and jittery in the first place. Throughout the whole process of being weighed, kitted out, doing the first zipline (a smaller zipline before the actual Velocity zipline as a practice run), being transported up the to the top of the quarry, doing the Velocity and de-kitting, the information and instructions were delivered clearly and repeated several times. There were double checking safety systems in place regarding the kit fitting, our weight, and being connected to the lines. I really do expect all of this and wouldnt have participated without them, but what was really nice and made the experience way more enjoyable is that all of the staff interaction was very friendly, asking how you were feeling and offering reassurances. Your experience on Velocity is being recorded on a helmet camera as your being connected to the line until your brought down from the wire at the end, so its a great way to catch all your pre and post zipline reactions as well as during the actual ride, so it really does add to the experience should you choose to pay to get the video ... our three responses were comical and so different (varying from zen-like to mild terror, and somewhere in between). The safety team pre-take off managed to make me laugh as I was clearly scared. When we went back to the reception area the same person (wish we had made a note of her name, whoever was on duty on Feb 27th a.m) helped us download photos for a keyring on their digital photo kiosk. Anyway, a fantastic experience with great customer service/support.
