Breamore House的点评
点评：We visited Breamore House & museum on Sunday 30/8 - we were a group of 13, family, & holidaying in Cranbourne in the New Forest. We were able to get a group discount. The lady on reception was very helpful. We arrived just before midday. Free parking.
We went in the museum first - very good. A shop, house, garage, schoolroom, dairy etc. from the olden days. Lots of agricultural machinery & a steam traction engine.
There is a nice cafe there. We took a picnic, but a couple of us ate in there & said the food was tasty. We did get ice cream, which was delicious & served in a china tea cup & saucer! Different! We played an old fashioned game where you attempted to throw small beanbags through a hole to see how many you can get. 4 out of 7 was my record!
We went to see the Saxon church, which is well worth a visit.
We were booked on the 3pm house tour. Nice lady giving the talk & we were even allowed to leave our bags/brollies/hoodies etc. at the beginning in a safe place. It’s a family home.

那里还有一家不错的咖啡馆。我们则带了野餐食品。不过我们有几个人在里面用餐，都说食物很美味。我们还吃了冰淇淋，味道棒极了，而且是用瓷制茶杯和茶碟盛上的！挺特别的吧！我们还玩了一个老式游戏：试着把小沙包扔进洞里，看看能投进几个。我的最高纪录是7次中投中4次！

我们预订了下午3点的房屋导览。讲解员是一位很亲切的女士，我们甚至可以把包包、雨伞、连帽衫之类的物品寄存在那里。一开始是在一个安全的地方。那是一栋家庭住宅。
今天真是愉快的外出日啊，查克！
