The King's Head Bar的点评
点评：Stayed here to facilitate a game of golf locally.
We were two couples and loved our stay.
Bedrooms: small but had everything we needed. Paid a small extra amount to have a sea view and well worth it. Bed was comfy and bathroom very clean and functional. Could do with a small shelf to put one’s own toiletries on but that’s just a minor wish for!
The bar: we had dinner in the bar and a prime table to watch the champions league footie!
Had an excellent dinner. Shared some calimari and a pint of prawns/crab/smoked salmon. Lovely! Then two of us had the chicken pie - delicious proper pie with really crispy pastry. Yum! One of the party had the burger and said it was excellent and one had the fish and chips which looked divine. We shared an apple crumble and chocolate brownie for pudding - didn’t actually need puddings after our huge savouries but apparently it would have been rude not to :). The girls enjoyed a delicious bottle of Marlboro SB at a very reasonable price and very nicely chilled. The boys enjoyed their lagers. We all enjoyed the evening. The bar was busy and buzzy without feeling crowded. The staff are lovely. The atmosphere is great and lively ambience with so many interesting things on the walls.
Next morning we all thoroughly enjoyed a top notch full English breakfast. Top quality. As much toast and extra coffees as we wanted.
Thoroughly delighted to have been recommended this pub to stay in. It was a really fabulous experience and we felt it was top value for money.

晚餐很棒。我们分享了一些鱿鱼圈和一品脱虾/蟹/烟熏三文鱼。太棒了！然后我们两个人吃了鸡肉派——美味的正宗派，酥皮非常酥脆。太好吃了！其中一人点了汉堡，说味道很棒；另一人点了炸鱼薯条，看起来也棒极了。我们点了一份苹果酥和巧克力布朗尼作为布丁——在我们吃了大份的美味小吃之后，其实不需要布丁，但显然不点布丁会很不礼貌 :)。女孩们享用了一瓶美味的万宝路SB，价格非常合理，冰镇得恰到好处。男孩们则享用了他们的拉格啤酒。我们都度过了一个愉快的夜晚。酒吧里熙熙攘攘，热闹非凡，却又不显得拥挤。工作人员非常热情友好。氛围很棒，墙上挂满了各种有趣的东西，充满活力。
第二天早上，我们享用了一顿顶级的全套英式早餐。品质一流。吐司和额外的咖啡我们想喝多少就喝多少。
非常高兴有人推荐我们住在这家酒吧。这真是一次非常棒的体验，我们觉得物超所值。
