点评：We were very upset and disappointed with our children’s ski lesson. It was their first time skiing, so we booked a lesson to accommodate this. They are 4 and 6 yrs old. We had booked a private lesson with another 2 children we were away with that were much more experienced. Skiers.
Upon booking we told the ski school extensively that the children had not skiied before, that it was their first time and the others had been to ski school and skiing for a week in France. We were reassured that because of the mixed ability the lesson would be split, 1 hour for the first time children and 1 hour for the experienced ones.
Firstly, when we arrived the lesson was not split. So all the children were on the same class, which put my two at a massive disadvantage.
Secondly the magic carpet was off for some reason. So the children, 4 and 6, had to walk up a wet green carpet that was so slippy (I tried it and struggled not to a slip and I ski!). They tried a couple of times but were so exhausted having to walk up the the hill they both burst into tears and refused to do it anymore. We asked the instructor why the magic carpet was not on and the ski instructor said she was told they had all skiied before and she would have turned it on if she knew she had first timers.
So the children both lasted 10 mins and we paid £100. I have been trying to contact them
Since and they are just ignoring me. It’s so unprofessional but not surprising after how poor the communication is within the school, and how little they seem to care about the children.
Go to a different ski school. Especially if you have young children that have never skiied.
