点评：We were advised before our visit to book the loungers in the spa. We asked for 3-5pm but were offered 2-4pm or 4-6pm so we opted for 4-6. We were called two days before our visit to say the pool at the beach house was closed so there would be children in the spa between 4-6 so would we want to go in earlier which we opted for as we would probably arrive at 2.30-3pm and would then go straight to the spa. We checked in at 2.45 and went straight to the spa and were told our loungers had been given away as we were late. There was a 1hour grace period which we hadn’t been advised of. Also with it being my birthday my husband had arrange for a bottle of fizz to be delivered to the room and the lady dropping it off said are you going take it to the spa with you. My response was can we? She said yes or course. When arriving at the spa we were then told we can’t take the glasses or the bottle into the spa and it was taken from us and we were given two plastic glasses and the bottle put in the fridge in the cafe. Once in the spa we were give two chairs as all loungers were occupied. When 4pm came all occupiers or all loungers but two are told the 4-6pm is fully booked and they need to leave. There appears to be two double loungers that aren’t booked and the occupiers can stay as long as they wish. Honestly this is the most stressful spa I’ve ever been to.
When checking out of the hotel I let them know that our stay at the hotel, experience in the restaurant and food were fantastic and one thing let the hotel down and that was the spa. I explained what had happened and they were not aware that the loungers were given away, they thought they were reserved for that designated time as did we.

退房时，我告诉酒店方面：我们在酒店的入住体验、餐厅的服务以及食物都非常出色，但唯独水疗中心的表现欠佳。我详细描述了发生的情况，他们并不知道躺椅已经被人领走，他们和我们一样，都以为那些躺椅是专门为指定时间段预留的。
