点评:I was very disappointed that I paid for my husband and son to go for a 6 hour trip and my credit card was charged $212.00. This was supposed to be an early Father’s Day gift. They were both excited but the night before they were to go (not even 24 hour notice) I got a call, that they could go on a 4 hour trip since there weren’t but 3 people who signed up for the 6 hour trip. Therefore, that trip was canceled and they had a choice to go on the 4 hour trip or reschedule. They have a business and made time to take the day off 6/15/23 to enjoy themselves. Needless to say they had to do the 4 hour trip. It takes an hour and a half to get to St. Augustine from where we live and then the same to get back. Three hours of driving for 4 hours of finishing, ugh. Not only that, they both said they only got an hour and a half for finishing due to the time it took for the sea love to get them to a spot to fish. I really felt like I didn’t get what I paid for nor felt that the $40.00 reimbursement was fair. I believe it was unfair to myself and my party to be done this way in such a short notice and even worse when I was charged for 4 hours and they only fished for an hour and a half. I do hope that if I call again that it will be handled more professionally and that I get what I was charged for. My disappointment is very real. I wanted them to have a wonderful time since it was there Father’s Day gift only to be disappointed for such a bad experience. Lousy fishing spots which doesn’t say much for your crew. Especially since only one person got to keep one or two fish. One out of 16 people who went out. Doesn’t say much for a good fishing experience. So sorry but I felt I had to write what I feel. I pray that you all do better in the future for people that keep you in business. I run my own business and when a client is disappointed I work with them to fix the problem and keep them satisfied so I can keep their business. Maybe, you should consider doing the same.
