点评:I stopped at the Junipero Serra bathroom on the way back from hiking in Huddart Park. Some of the bathrooms have a code to access that is not listed anywhere. I did enter a large bathroom with about 4 stalls. Two of the toilets were plugged up and some of the doors did not lock. There was also a door that was missing. There was overflowing garbage and no toilet paper. There was also a faucet that was running and no way to turn it off. In California we are often faced with drought conditions so I found this disgraceful. I saw someone outside who looked like he worked there and I reported it to him. He said that he would tell someone. I saw him talking to a woman wearing an orange vest who didn't seem to be in a hurry to enter the bathroom. I don't blame her for not wanting to go in there but I assumed it was her job to clean it. I suggest that people not bother going to this place until whoever is responsible for keeping it clean and operational does so. Is this the responsibility of the city or county of San Mateo or some other organization? Someone needs to step up.
