Great experience on board. Check-in process needs improvement.

点评：Ended the summer with a sunset sail on the Christeen. Such a fun family experience and the ship's crew were engaging, knowledgable and very friendly. Definitely pack some snacks to bring aboard the sail. The check-in process could have been a bit more thorough. We gave our name to the front desk, and a woman told us the ship was being prepared but we could wait by the dock for it. She did not mention the lift jackets my children needed to have on in order to board the ship (and where to find child life jackets), or that we needed to wait at a specific location on the dock for a tender to take us out to the Christeen! We almost missed the sail! We had no idea there a specific spot on the dock to wait for the tender, so my family started walking all around the water front area, thinking we were killing time. Finally, someone saw us and asked if we were sailing on the Christeen and if so, we should go about a football field away to board the tender! We ended up being the last people to board bcause of this. As first-time visitors to the Water Front Center, this information was critical to know going in.
