Spice Route Destination的点评
点评：Management (La Grapperia ) had previously gone the extra mile to install workable handrails leading to the bathrooms which are up on the hill then it declines to the entrance. For physically challenged patrons this has been a hurdle to overcome but now its much easier with the handrails.
I recently purchased some Habanero sauces which due to suspected incomplete fermentation issues were not usable.
I brought this to the attention of Management who dealt with this matter professionally & speedily and today i received a gift-pack containing three different sauces.
Spice Route / La Grapperia and I hope its ok to mention but my favorite server, Elzaan, always completes my experience with her memory of my previous dishes & liquid refreshments.
One cannot fault the view and this coupled with awesome service, food & drinks makes one want to return.
It's prudent to mention that all staff have always been great and attentive even during busy periods.
The manner in which this experience was dealth with cements La Grapperia as my go-to venue in the winelands.
