Kitchen "manager" - Terrible attitude and doesn't care about established customers

点评：A group of friends has been going to the bowling alley for lunch on Wednesdays for over two years.
First of all, our server, Cheryl, is fantastic. This review is in no way a reflection on the care she has given us over the last two-plus years. She is the reason I am not leaving a 1-star review.
We had a table of eight. One person doesn't eat. Three of the party had already eaten and had left. That left four of us who ordered at the same time. Two got their food in short order. Myself and another waited for nearly 30 minutes to get our food, around the time we're normally getting ready to leave. I asked Cheryl to bring the manager, who turned out to be Stella the "kitchen manager." She was very rude and couldn't care less that my and the other person didn't have our food. Her excuse was 1) take out orders came first, 2) the other two folks at our table didn't order food that had to be cooked, and 3) if we wanted to be served at the same time we had to let the server know. The last one in particular is absolutely laughable, because we were at the same table and common sense dictates that we should all get our food at the same time. And guess what? For over two years we have! Oh, and we could see the kitchen staff from where we sat. They didn't appear particularly busy. I said I expected we should be comped because this was unacceptable. I would have been happy for a partial comp, by the way. Her reply? "I'm not going to argue with you." And of course, she made no effort to make it right.
I am absolutely sick of willful incompetence. Stella is utterly useless and she needs an attitude adjustment.
